Are you looking for a dish that is quick and easy to make at night?

Sometimes when we are exhausted having to consider the health factor to each meal can be a real task, however when you use doTERRA essential oils in each meal it increases the health benefits with little extra effort.

With a combination of fresh vegetables that can be easily swapped out and added to, this recipe provides you with a base for an amazing tasting dish.

Fresh as a daisy

Heading down south in the winter is something we are so lucky to experience in Western Australia.

Car full to the brim, kids excited for the weekend’s activities and best of all is that crisp fresh smell that fills the car as you drive through the thick bush of WA.

As amazing as this sounds, unfortunately not every weekend can be this beautiful. This doTERRA essential oil blend however will help to freshen up the living room (even if it’s just a fraction of the refreshing down south air).

Marjoram is an essential oil that is highly sought after for its endless calming properties, particularly to the respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous system.

Also known as “wintersweet” or “joy of the mountains, ” Marjoram was known to the Greeks and Romans as a symbol of happiness. Marjoram has been used in culinary dishes, imparting a unique flavor to soups, stews, dressings, and sauces: in Germany, this herb is known as the “Goose Herb” for its traditional use in roasting geese.

In modern applications, Marjoram is valued for its calming properties and its positive effect on the nervous system. It also supports both healthy cardiovascular and immune systems.
